We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Beacon and couldn’t recommend it more!
We arrived at around 9 AM, several hours before the official check-in time of 3 PM, and the staff kindly helped us check in early. After a long journey, this truly saved our day and made such a difference to our family’s stay.
The location is absolutely fantastic, and the staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
We also accidentally left something behind in our room when we checked out. The hotel contacted us straight away and went out of their way to find a solution by arranging to send it to our next destination. Their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile really impressed us.
It’s the combination of a great location, lovely staff and truly exceptional, solution-oriented service that makes this hotel so special.
We would highly recommend Hotel Beacon and would love to stay here again on our next visit to New York!
