I got a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The staff were very easy to work with and very kind. I will definitely be returning! And I super recommend this hotel!

Out stay was good, for this price it was even excellent. Nice room, pool and open shower in the room. The bed mattress was comfortable. We had a problem with small ants in our room but it wasn’t such a big deal for us. Everyday someone came to our room to do the bed- that was really nice. The service is great and the stuff helpful. Keep in mind that the offer with breakfast is not with a breakfast Buffet. The staff member offered us to do scrambled egg next morning when I mentioned that we should have a breakfast- we never tried this option. In the area, 3 min walking distance away is a nice place to have lunch so that wasn’t also a big deal for us.

Rooms were large, comfy and clean. All face the outdoor pool which is kept really clean as well. It is about a 15 min walk to the beach but the local restaurants are worth it and its not to busy at this location. While I try to avoid Sanur I would stay here again.
