Hotel Santa Prassede

Great property; it was renovated a few years ago, and you can tell everything is refreshed. Management was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. They clean the property daily, which isn't done much anymore. Great area close to most of the major landmarks, except the Vatican. They have mini-splits in every room, which works great. We were very comfortable, just like home.

The hotel was super clean and Christina who was there during my 4 nights stay, was the kindest and most helpful ever. They offer free water, free coffee and plenty of snacks all at no charge. She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel.

Christina & staff were awesome, always offering food & beverage in the morning, recommending popular sights to see, nice touches like luggage in our room when we returned from lunch. I forgot to return the room keys & didn't realize till we were at Termini station, they were there in no time to pick them up. Much appreciated. Scott & Penny Canada

The staff was so friendly and helpful, we talked with Cristina a lot and she was so pleasant and offered us waters everyday and made us feel so welcomed and like it was our home. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the A/C was perfect. The water pressure and temperature were adjustable. The hotel is a little further away from popular sights so you'll be doing a ton of walking but it was still close enough that I would stay here again as the conditions and staff were amazing. Also the metro and train station was less than a 10 min walk away so I would suggest taking that where you can and it was easy to walk from when we arrived and left Also, the noise from the street traffic didn't bother us at all and we didn't use the ear plugs they provided. It was quiet at night and the traffic would only be noticeable after the sun was long up in which case we'd be heading out the door anyways. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Grazie mille!
