The only problems we had was that our room phone was not plugged in, the alarm clock was preset to a very early alarm and the TV was not easy to figure out. Thankfully Reed at the front desk in the evenings was extremely kind and helpful with the TV. The restaurant was closed which would have been helpful the night it stormed as we couldn't go to a restaurant with our dog. Other than that, the resort was beautiful and I highly recommend staying there !

The location was beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the check out time was 11:00 am and housekeeping knocked on my door twice a few hours before check out.

The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room and other facility areas were clean.
The room did show some wear.
Overall, an excellent choice in accommodations.
