The staff were very courteous and helpful. When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for
Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay.

It was okay. We requested two twin beds, which they gave us - though they were covered and connected by one sheet and only one sheet was provided, so really it was one bed with a split in the middle, kinda weird. We also didn't get a room key because the lock was broken.
Overall it was okay, nothing crazy to complain about. Really it's best if you just need somewhere to stay the night like we did, but it definitely could be better for the price.
