The hotel is close to Napoli Central station so no need taxi and metro. To go to another city during stay in Napoli the hotel is good location. And also close to Pizzeria Michele so you can take away pizza and can eat at hotel it was really great!
Cleaning staff is very nice. The front desk is not always at there so you need to tell them what time is check in.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It was walking distance to everything we needed. The receptionist was excellent. He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. I highly recommend this place.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm. Bedding was fine. Breakfast was well presented. There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.
