H Niteroi Hotel

The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.

Great staff Breakfast was good

I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus. Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here/ the staff were amazing and engaging. The property was beautiful with wonderful views, the pool and gym were great.
