The whole staff was most friendly and helpful. From the check in, the restaurant and the people in the lobby. All were always offering help without being asked; most went out of their way to offer help.
The hotel is small but comfortable and very suited to our needs given the location in the center of town and just a block away from the cathedral.
We plan to keep staying there in the future.

Just spent a wonderful week at Villa Bonita. The location, the included breakfast, the friendliness of the staff could not be better. You are in walking distance of everywhere in central Cuernavaca. This hotel takes you back in time to the way of Mexico was years ago. The only thing warmer then the attention from the staff and owner is the water in the pool.
