A very economical hotel located in Koto city, this hotel was exceptional. It is in a a very quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes to both Kiyosumi-shirakawa and Morishita stations. There are restaurants nearby and even some 24hr ones.
Staff speaks English, they clean the room 3 times a week, and the rooms are just spacious enough for a family of 4. We spent 2 weeks in Japan and used this hotel as our home base while we traveled to Hakone, Osaka, and Kyoto.
Will book again next time we are in Japan.

Staff was helpful and amenities were plentiful, especially for the price. Rooms were more spacious than others, as well.

Give yourself plenty of time with the dryers, they don't work very quickly. The location was easy to navigate the tokyo area, and there are stations nearby.

A bit of walk from the station but great price and spacious room for the price. Great staff and hip neighborhood
