Excellent Service Suites at Times Square

Nice enviroment ! i love the mall and view of kl tower n twin tower! My agent upgrade my room to a bigger room due to some problem in that room. definitely come back again .

very nice hotel, close to the shopping complex n the room very safe, silent n clean..i like the hotel

I stay for 1 whole week, the staffs are friendly, room is clean & well-maintained. Best value hotel in central KL.

The manager Karim went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay - but the older room let us down a few times. The location was awesome and the hotel pool was really world class. We have a really large 2 bedroom suite with awesome views - at first we were really impressed. But in the light of day the room was very dated and dirty. It appeared to have poo on the toilet walls and cigarette ash in the corner of the bathroom. The internet didnt work! Karim tried many times to get it working or log us into other suites but we never got there. Which was a massive inconvenience. The kids were excited by the giant plasma tv - but it too didnt work and was replaced by an older box style which didnt work for the first day. The manager Karim really was a great guy who really looked after us!
