We loved the staff, very friendly even though could not help us getting cash late hours due to not having enough cash or an atm inside the hotel. clean room, just a little inconvenience with the actual toilet area ( too narrow ) other than that the rest is great, the food great as well. Thank you ! Gracias Queretaro our future home very soon.

great staff more than anything else, and my husband and I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and enjoyed the personal attention so much, great breakfast, and great location as well, liked the free parking, room was clean, so I highly recommend this hotel

The floor in the room was dirty. Room was small with no microwave, coffee maker, no ice was available. We went to the bar and received no service so we left and went somewhere else.
