Belleair Beach Resort Motel

Older motel but rooms have been updated well. Excellent location right on the beautiful pristine Belleair Beach. Great proximity to lots of restaurants and Clearwater Beach. Outdoor dining tables could be a little nicer and they were located right next to some stinky trash cans. But you can’t beat the view, and they did have some super comfy Adirondack chairs to take in the beautiful views. Great value too. Definitely will stay again!

This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. What it lacks in amenities the 30 second walk to the beach makes up for it. The rooms and property are older, but well maintained. The two ladies in the front office are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Clean room right on the beach!

I just want to say that our stay was wonderful! Very easy check in. Very friendly! Our room was upgraded to include a kitchenette. The room was so clean, bed was comfortable! The grounds were immaculately kept and the beach was less than 100 yards from our door. It is peaceful and quiet. I just want to add that there is no beach service for chairs or umbrellas, so make sure to bring those things with you. If you are looking for a place that is affordable and quaint, it’s a wonderful stay!! We will definitely stay again when we’re back over that way! Thank you!!
