Hotel and restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet.
Pools were welcomed and wish we could have gotten a spa treatment but were already booked. Next time. The grounds are beautiful and I highly recommend staying here while in Berchtesgaden.

Food was great, service was excellent. Location of this hotel was fantastic!
A night light somewhere on the floor near, or in, the bathroom (or both) would be helpful as the room is otherwise very dark. There are features in the room that there are no instructions for - you just have to guess. There’s no written information about the hotel, the room, or the area in the room. Everything is a QR code and requires wifi. I would rather talk to a human being or have printed information. A reasonably simple app on the TV would suffice.
