Great place to stay, great location, great to have Air Conditioning, and very nice owners and helpful. You should communicate prior to arrival about expected time of arrival to the B&B so that they are ready to do contactless check-in over the phone.

I stayed in room 1. The room and bathroom are spacious. The entire property was very clean. Great location, very close to the Metro station. The owner was very friendly and available for questions.

A lovely and quiet stay, offering a respite from the many lovely (and close) sites of Rome. This is a small family-run hotel, and we highly recommended it.
