The front desk is on the main street. the Rooms are around the corner so they are not connected. I was waiting 10-15 min to get buzzed. Its looked safe not enough light at night.

Hotel is located and it is part of an iconic sight in Antigua, The Arch of Santa Catalina, I stayed one night, room was excellent, no issues with the services, their restaurant offers a nice variety of fresh, home style prepared food, front desk staff was extremely attentive , professional, restaurant staff was likewise professional and friendly, room rates was comparable to similar hotels, I will definitely come back to the Convento
