Location was perfect, trains, buses, pubs, takeaways, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Staff were brilliant Hannah on reception was one of the nicest girls, met you with a smile, nothing was any trouble to her, breakfast was lovely, great choices, a fried egg was only thing missing 😁

Never used the bar. The air conditioning was to cold for us both being in our 80s.,so we asked for it to be turned off witch it was and the heating turned up witch it was done straight away to our delight. No other complaints at all. This is the 5th time we have stayed in your hotels never had any complaints.

Check in was very quick and friendly. Room was clean and practical. Blackout curtains were ok. But there was some slits in the curtains which let some light in. Shower tray was big and hot. Breakfast has a good selection. Only big negative was the £9 overnight parking charge.
