I must mention the name of hotel staff Joseph.
He is very knowledgeable and polite and is very helpful. The hotel is bit far from Venice but the bus communication is pretty good.
The breakfast quality can be improved.
One croissouant and cappuccino are not enough.
Best wishes from Wiesbaden, Germany.

Clean and spacious room. Stuff were helpful as we had to check in after 8pm and responded to our messages quickly. Good area near the train station and buses.
