We were really early when breakfast was served. They offered us breakfast that we were not entitled to. They showed us the common room to hangout until our room were really. Fortunately, it was really like 5 hrs before it's was purpose. They did ask for more money. We didn't feel like money was a object at all.
The place is very clean and really nice.

I was in dalat several times and most of the time I stayed in Lutan
This hotel is really beautiful
It is dalat in its spirit : quite and cozy
Wifi is good
Breakfast is enough for whole day not only for morning time
Coffee and banana is just there to pick
The most amazing things is the yard with ballet chairs to read books or chit chat
The most convenient time when it was raining is the time on the 2nd floor where open fire can be set up with cost only 15usd and some sweat potato and corn were served
Price is rather low compare to the facility but it is really clean
Nice place
