Great location, about 15-20 minutes from the train station and less than 5 minutes from the Main Street with dining options. Highly recommend!

Good location, property was clean, check-in was easy. Approx 12 mins walk to/from La Spezia Centrale train station. Nicola, who checked us in, was very helpful and gave good advice to see Portovenere.

The room was super nice, simple but modern and with all the necessary facilities.
Best part was the help from the staff that is composed by the members of the family, super friendly and there to help for any necessity.
Very suggested!!

Great stay in La Spezia . Very well located. Keep in mind thrse are Rooms and not a 'Hotel' in the sense of staff around and Reception. Your are provided the key and information then left to your own devices. It suited me.
