Everything what a hotel should be. Clean, great pool and pool area lovely staff, couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again

👍 The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, so much so, I feel bad about moaning below. But this is an honest review. 👎 The kitchenette area is very basic, with only a few pots and pans, with odd plates and NO cooking utensils. I asked for a spatula at reception and they said use a fork ! I would expect this if I was camping, but not in a self catering hotel.

I arrived at 21:30 and had to be at the airport by 6:00 the next morning. The ladies at reception showed me how to get out early in the morning as reception was going to be closed at that time. There was a misunderstanding about the timing of the airport bus - they said it would go by about 5:55 the next morning, but when I flagged down the wrong bus, the driver said that the airport bus wouldn't come by for an hour. He gave me a lift into the centre of Kremasti (the village where the hotel is), and dropped me off near a taxi which then drove me to the airport for €10. Nothing to complain about the hotel, but make sure you have your transport sorted ahead of time.
