Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - Adults Only - All Inclusive

We absolutely loved our stay at Breathless Riviera Cancun! The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and overall we had a great experience. We definitely recommend booking the xhale club, especially if premium alcohol options are important to you. It was absolutely worth the upgrade for us. The staff truly went above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone on the shuttle. They worked tirelessly to help retrieve it, and I was so grateful for how helpful and attentive they were. The overall vibe was great! We visited during the week, so the party scene was a little mid compared to what we expected 😂 but we’ve been told the weekends are definitely when things get lit. If you’re going specifically for the party atmosphere, I would recommend planning your stay over a weekend. The beach was just okay.. we went during peak seaweed season and knew what to expect but the staff did their best to make sure it was clean and nice for a stroll along the shore. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend Breathless!

Staff was helpful and attentive most of the time. Our room was next to a main corridor and was very loud. The door lock had dead batteries and they said they would fix it but did not. After our first night we requested to move rooms because we were up most of the night due to the noise from other guests and staff talking and moving carts up and down the main passage way. They were very accommodating and showed us two options for rooms that we could move to. The one we selected was much better. We told them on several occasions that it was our anniversary but they didn’t provide us with any of the perks that others received celebrating their anniversary. The last night there were guests partying (yelling, screaming, laughing so loud, obviously intoxicated) near the pool from 11 pm to almost 4:30 am. The resort does not have a policy to address intoxicated guests or a policy to address noise during nighttime hours.

Nice hotel I highly recommend, The staff is so kind and helpful the spa service incredible the food is good/ok specially the steak house. I’ll just recommend to fix the pool floor

My best friend and I stayed at the hotel and it was amazing! We plan to travel there again and we will be staying there!
