We had a wonderful stay at Riad Losra and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The riad was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We are even given a room upgrade without added cost which was a great bonus. A special thank you to Iman and Nordin, who were incredibly helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They also helped us arrange our trips to the Agafay Desert and Ourika Valley, as well as taxis, and even escorted us to make sure we safely got into the van. Their kindness, care and hospitality really made our experience extra special. We truly felt looked after during our stay. Thank you, Iman and Nordin, for making our Marrakech holiday so memorable. We would definitely stay at Riad Losra again! ❤️🇲🇦

That the staff were always on hand to assist me, as I was travelling as a solo, female. They always made me feel safe and comfortable.

That I had to leave

Everything

Warm friendly welcome with delicious peppermint tea and beautiful biscuits.Great aircon

We were refused a late check out. We're told people were waiting on our room amd felt rushed to be vacate at 12 the normal time. The staff did kindly offer to look after our belongings, but we found an alternative riad right kn the quote which was mu h more cost effective and allowed us to shower before our evening flight. UPDATE. My son and I were threatened by loitering youths in the area. Why would we lie about this.? The area where the riad is located is not safe due to this. The area is dangerous and my son was threatened by locals for protection money. Run down area and not centrally located. I sadly for this reason would not stay there again.
