I had an outstanding stay at this hotel during my recent business trip to Frankfurt. Upon check-in, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which set the tone for an exceptional visit. The practical amenities made everyday living seamless: the in-house water purification system offered unlimited fresh drinking water, and having a tegut supermarket right at the ground-floor entrance was incredibly convenient throughout my stay. What truly set this property apart, however, was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with—whether at the reception or front desk—was remarkably warm, attentive, and welcoming, completely shattering the stereotype that Germans are cold or unfriendly. A special mention goes to Omar, whose genuine kindness and exceptional service left a lasting impression. I will unquestionably choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Frankfurt. Highly recommended.
