When we rung for assistance on opening the door during checking on Sunday, couldn’t reach for few times but finally someone picked up while we have fixed the problem.

great apartment. ask for the one with the sauna. comfy, simple, roomy and nice.
to get in you have to pass through their office at a different street so make sure you do it with a driver who will wait for you as you take the keys and continue there.
all in all - it's a great stay
