Beautiful property on the canal. Three large windows that can be opened to let in the breeze. Very quiet, picturesque area. Walking distance from all major sites. Very welcoming staff walked us to the room and showed us around.

Great location for visiting Venice. 10 minutes walk to the water taxis, either on the Grand Canal (and then a 5 minute boat ride to the Piazza San Marco) or in the other direction to the Venetian Lagoon.
Restaurants and bars close by and a 20 minute walk gets you into the tourist centre of the city.
The Hotel was clean and tidy, the food good and the staff friendly and helpful.
Would definitely use again.

AC is terrible! Had to turn on a fan I carried with. Finding the hotel is a bit confusing they have 4-5 properties all same name and the one that's hidden is the one with staff so you around looking for where to go for a bit before finding it. Also room smelled a bit like cigarettes... Otherwise location was great and view from room was great
