Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location.

Excellent location and within walking distance to see sites in this beautiful city.

Fantastic hotel that is in the heart of gran via - everything you need is a walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has great amenities. My only complaint is the extremely slow elevator it felt as though it was going to stop working at any moment yikes!

Beautiful apartment great comfort and pampering. I was allowed a late check out and the welcome details were really appreciated.
