This is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff.
My only complaint is the en suite is badly designed with the loo squeezed in to a corner !!!

We stayed at The Park last minute as a mother-daughter getaway and we're so pleased we did! The hotel is in a great central location in beautiful Peebles with the added bonus of using the sister hotel (Peebles Hydro) facilities- we went for a late afternoon swim which was great. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed (hairdryer, tea/coffee, toiletries, even a mini fridge). We only had breakfast (although there is a restaurant onsite that serves lunch and dinner) which was really good - super continental selection with option to also order cooked breakfast. Great value, great location, really clean and comfortable- would highly recommend!

"Room was small, but clean and cozy. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Bonus was ability to use swimming pool at the hydro. "
