Property manager was very kind and waited a bit longer for our check-in. She walked us through our apartment and explained where everthing is. Place was very nice and clean. Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia.

The Apparment room looks really clean and new. You can walk to the center.

Very nice and informative check in by kind staff. Free parking at a padlock parking area less than 100 m from the premises. Lovely balcony. Kitchen ok equipped with soap dispenser etc. for dishwashing but the cutlery was in a very bad quality. No wine glasses. A hairdryer can be borrowed in the reception. I must say that the bed sofa is the worst I’ve ever slept in - had to turn 180 degrees to keep out of the “soft hole” normally meant for the torso. Still have a bad back 6 days after. Will I be back- yes but then in a room with a normal bed.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the decor and kitchen supplies were stylish and perfect; exactly what is needed. The balconies were an added bonus with outdoor seating as well. The location was perfect an easy walk to everything, especially the beach, but access to a free bicycle was also available. The artwork in the lobby is striking and the the owner shared a wonderful story behind the pieces. She is a wonderful and kind person who instantly make you feel welcome and home. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to truly enjoy the Residence Sunrise, I know I did and plan to return to this lovely property in a wonderful community and neighborhood.
