Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

This resort is going to be our new go-to resort! The rooms were clean, the environment was well kept and beautiful, and the staff was always kind! We had more accommodating staff than not, but those who were not as accommodating did not overcome the majority of the kind staff there! The lay out is great, not too far and not too close to each other. It allowed us to be spaced out with other guests during the day, but coming together at night was great and fun! Many activities that the H10 website plans/schedules through out the day to try different things as groups! Each person we went to was 21+ and we loved every pool, bar, and restaurant! Food was GREAT! Definitely better experience than other all-inclusive resorts we’ve been too. We were planning our trip back while we were checking out! Such a great and memorable stay!

Traveled with 29 people in the group.... Checking in was simple and fast, Hector was very professional and attentive, upgraded us to rooftop access which we did not benefit from 😆 Our concierge, Maria was very friendly and helpful Clean staff was awesome! Let's talk restaurant....food was definitely mediocre, buffet has same food everyday. The different themes each night doesn't reflect on food items available sadly. Japanese restaurant Sakura was impossible to get in, so we didn't bother. Servers and hostesses of the a la cart should learn to smile more. They're not too pleasant 😔 We love our beach waiter, Santiago he was the best, he would go above and beyond for us. Will miss you Santiago. Maria, our personal guest service rep, offered us help everytime, even providing nanny service so the mom's can drink. Thank you Maria. Now if the beach was not bombarded with so much seagrass/seaweed, swimming in the ocean would've been so much better. As for activities, they have a nice 3 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts and a basketball court. On website also shows 6 bowling lanes, but sadly only 2 lanes were available for us, cuz the other 4 is out of order. Hence we didn't get any bowling done either. 😞 Night activities....either there wasn't much available or their entertainment team didn't do a good job advertising. Overall it was an ok trip, more disappointed about food options than anything else.

The resort was great. Staff is friendly, food and drinks are great and the grounds are very nice. Family friendly with plenty to do.

The only thing I did like, every where we had to paid an extra fee! Make sure to make reservations for the restaurants early in the am
