Me again-we added a night on to our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

The host was super lovely and responsive. My husband, Kitty and I had a lovely and relaxing stay. The neighborhood is super quiet-you’d never know you were 5 minutes from Ventura Blvd. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and all the space. Would definitely book again!

Cleanliness and management are excellent. Location perfect for universal. 3 mattress pads available. Pool heat. Kitchen needs more bowls, sheet pans and silverware for a large group.

The house and location was awesome, but there were some weird quirks about this house. We ended up having to pay an additional 100 each night we wanted to use the hottub. Our final night there, the hot tub didn’t even turn on. The back bedroom off of the kitchen had several outlets that didn’t work. One of the showers retained some standing water in it after we showered. The host was very communicative and the house was lovely, just a few things slipped through the crack
