Great location, just minutes from Kyoto station (although it took us forever to figure out how to get out of the station!) we had a very comfortable one night here in a this traditional ryokan. Very friendly staff and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast before checking out. It was located on a side street between other ryokans also. Would recommend for travelers wanting to experience a quieter and traditional and classic ryokan.

Very comfortable place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast was also delicious

We were very warmly welcomed and everyone did the best to make the best of our stay- a pleasant surprise were the bicycles we good use, even free of charge. The japanese breakfast was great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Also took the opportunity to use the public bath. Perfect after a long day sightseeing
