This hotel is perfectly located and conveniently accessible to everywhere you need to get to, whilst tucked away from the busy main roads. The staff are all very warm and welcoming, and very efficient. Special mention to Jimena and Jonathan at the front desk who made my stay even more wonderful with their kind and helpful dispositions. Breakfast is very good, good variety and again friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, convenient for families. Wonderful amenities. Airport pick up/drop off arrangements were coordinated by hotel, affordable and on time, very safe drivers.

The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent! They are very friendly and helpful. Always there to help and assist. I had a really good experience! I will come back for sure!

Nice stay, friendly and easy going staff, decent breakfast, just far enough away from the chaos of Lleras/Provenza but still easily accessible. Easy walk downhill to Manila as well.
