Perfect for one night stay with excellent location near the train station, shopping and restaurants. Received VIP Access upgrade and food/beverage credit for use at the restaurant. Staff was warm and amenities were nice. The room had all the necessities and bed was comfortable. The room included a fan which was really appreciated. I would stay again.

Spacious, comfortable and well presented rooms. Very attentive and friendly team. A great hotel for central Zurich.

The hotel was perfectly located. It was very close to the train station and one of the best shopping streets in Zurich. Easy to walk down to the lake and to the Old Town side. Dylan was exceptional- pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided, which made us very comfortable.
