The staff were ready to assist when there was a power outage. It eas good to be offered the option of two rooms as well as additional cups and plates etc. Customer service was great, but the wifi was available intermittantly. Good for a short stay.

The service was amazing and the accommodations were spacious. It’s centrally located in a safe area and easy to get around. Very popular, so make sure to book in advance

I think people should be advised not to try and check in during loadshedding. Mobile networks fail and communication is impossible.
The property needs to have a facelift in some of the rooms. It is however clean and welcoming. The staff especially Dineo are brilliant. Helpfull and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Fair value for the cost. Couch in the room was not comfortable and the kettle didn’t work.
