Stayed here for senior/graduation with 10 boys, myself and spouse. It was literally the perfect layout for everyone. Close to everything! We all enjoyed our stay and location of it all![🥳 Awesome, Amber! Congratulations to your graduate! 🎓 What a fun way to celebrate — you, your spouse, and 10 senior boys at Beachy Keen! So glad the layout was literally perfect for wrangling that crew (no small task!) and that being close to everything made it easy. Sounds like a milestone trip everyone will remember. Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for Beachy Keen? Or ready to set up a return? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks so much for staying in our home! 🏖️]

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed, and the location was great. Rick was an excellent host, very friendly, responsive, and made the whole check-in and check-out process easy. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay![🥰 Awesome, Marvin! So glad you had a wonderful stay at Beachy Keen and that it was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well maintained is exactly what we aim for! And "felt right at home"? That's the whole goal right there. Thank you for the kind words about the hosting and the easy check-in/check-out, too — means a lot. Great location and amenities. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare. Very clean and no issues at all during our stay.

The house was perfect for our group! We had 3 kids (7, 4, & 2) and 8 adults. Everything was clean, the pool was great, easy public beach access right across the street so we could walk from the house, and the communication from the management company was excellent. Highly recommend this location! Very family friendly.
