I really like this Hotel. Closed to everything like shopping mall, restaurant and other things. The staff is very helpful. I check in late because I cannot make it on the day that I supposed to check in and I message them and they keep my reservation. They also help me to get the taxi going to the airport. Highly recommended to stay in the property in Santiago. The breakfast was so good also

Very good in general.
Be carefully with the neighborhood, mainly at night.

Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room.
I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night.
Good central location and good value.
I would stay here again.
