Thistle Express London Luton

Good rooms but no air-conditioning.

On arrival, everything went perfectly well. I found security good and even had to use my room card to operate the lift. My room was perfect, however, my tv was faulty, and I was straight away upgraded to another room, and they even made sure that, that tv worked. The staff were extremely helpful. WiFi was great, and the power shower brilliant. The bed very clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was scrumptious and the coffee was good and I could help myself 24/7. I stayed only for 2 nights and it was a perfect stay.
