Well maintained and well equipped hotel perfectly located in Katowice downtown. Staff was very friendly resulting in a warm welcome and nice stay. The hotel offered reasonably priced parking. The room was slighly noisy (or neighbours extremely loud).

This is a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff and the room was clean and tidied with fresh towels and bin emptied daily. Parking around the local area is difficult at times to find a spot but the hotel car park at the rear (up a side access road just to the left of the hotel frontage is far easier and convenient.
The hotel is very central for the city centre but there is the railway track at the rear which is a tad noisy but the trains stop running early and the windows are very well double glazed.
