I just loved this little cabin in the woods! Even as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable. I visited for the Smithville Fiddlers Jamboree, which is approximately 12 minutes away from the cabin. I spent my two evenings there on the back deck with a glass (or three…) of wine, watching the fireflies perform for me. This studio-style cabin could easily accommodate a couple, a couple with a child, or three people traveling together with two sharing one Queen bed since there is a futon couch to accommodate a third person. I would definitely stay here again if I decide to return for another jamboree.

Top of the fridge was a little dusty when we got there. Place was pretty clean. Very cute place. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

This cabin is a perfect couple's retreat and getaway. It is very clean, safe feeling, and cozy. The covered deck is wonderful and my wife and I spent quite a bit of time there. It was so peaceful during our stay. There are a lot of things to do close by as far as outdoor exploring and getting out on the water. The host has a great little book in the cabin recomending restaurants, places to see, and emergency information if needed. We will defintely be back for another weekend.

This is a lovely cabin surrounded by nature. It was spotlessly clean with a great bed and wonderful deck to relax and unwind. It was a great launch pad for exploring the surrounding area. Our host was fantastic and accommodated our last minute trip to Smithville. We will definitely visit again!
