Amazing hotel. Great staff.

Great place to stay! Me and my wife came in for 1 night and the room was wonderful and the bathroom was super cool. You can hear waves outside of the doors to the patio and I got the best sleep! I highly recommend spending some time here. They park your car for your as well as take your bags over to your room! Didn't get to eat at the restaurant, but went to Vee's local eats, Soo good. Thank you for a great stay!

Great staffing

HI Our stay at Hodges Bay was mixed. A big issue was the lack of TV service. I had planned to watch a number of world cup matches but no service! Was given three different explanations by three different people for this. Next no Prickly Pear island excursions. Again was told it would be back in service the next day but it never was. Next was a leak from under the fridge resulting in a pool of water that they must have known about. Housekeeping said just put a towel on the floor?? Next, a balcony door was a fight to close and lock at night - seen by the staff who introduced us to the room who wrestled it shut but we had no such luck. Look, the environment is lovely. The spa facilities and gym are great. And after the above you may be surprised to hear that I would return. However, to fulfill its potential it has to pay attention to the small details. Come on you can do it!!
