The hotel staff were amazing! There was a min up with my reservation but they accommodated me. Their warmth, help and kindness added so much to my stay in Bergen. They provided lots of advice. Only this is, shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided but I had my own.

Clean comfortable room, very convenient for local transport, reasonable price value given the destination. Flaws in self check in concept resulting in me not receiving key safe codes by email, requiring telephone calls to help desk, who were quite helpful, also none operation of some room lights and sockets only remedied by housekeeping staff on second day

Lovely rooms above a nice shopping centre. No staff other than the cleaners so a self check in, but rooms were great and location superb for exploring. Bergen was a great place, would love to go back
