The staff were accommodating and respectful. The entire place was spotless and we had everything we needed. The place is also secure - there were guards who checks everyone who goes in and out of the building. Guests could only come up with your permission. There was also parking available for free for your visitors, they just need to get a car pass.

I would highly recommend due to the wonderful staff alone. The residences had a couple issues with maintenance and odor at check in. However the staff immediately got to work to resolve all issues and made our family stay unforgettable.
Our family had an urgent trip home due to a death in our family and the staff at the shangrila made our stay very comfortable.
The even gave our family a floral arrangement to take home and it really touched our heart at the level of attention and care they provided.
