This timeshare was perfectly located for us. We decided not to rent a car, so the proximity to the metro was great. Close to Ronald Reagan metro stop (about 10 minutes). The actual room was older and water pressure was awful. Also TV and talking noise from room next door was loud. The master bedroom faced 4 tracks, so lots of train noises 24 hours. We didn't mind that but they really should soundproof the rooms. Desk check in and out was great. Solid 4 stars and price seemed reasonable. Wish there was a pool. Also, easy walk of 1.1 miles to wharf or free trolley on King St. Really enjoyed the sights in Old Town.
