Niice quiet neighborhood close enough to beaches and many restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great host we are very pleased with the house. I would recommend it whole heartedly.

Check in process was great. The house was very clean. It had everything in it that was needed. It was convenient to everything downtown St. Pete. This house is well suited for a family. The only con is the 3,000.00 deposit. We have rented a lot of places and have never seen one this high. The deposit is supposed to be refunded within 30 days, but hoping that it gets returned sooner. Would definitely stay here again.

There were hiccups during the stay which were addressed. In the spirit of constructive feedback we mentioned some maintenance & cleanliness issues such as couch & chairs could use a deeper cleaning, dishes & utensils needed to be washed before we used them. With a bit of attention to these details, it should continue to be a great stay for future renters. Overall, we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood.
