O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Come and stay awhile at the Killarney Retreat, built in the 50s, tucked away from the hub of city, yet just a short drive from the Winter Park Village, Rollins College, grabbing dinner and taking a walk down Park Avenue.
Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 20 minutes from Disney World and Universal, 25 minutes from the Orlando Int'l Airport, less than an hour from world famous Daytona Beach and an hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.
A private older 50s charming bungalow with two bedrooms and 2 unique bathrooms sharing the same authentic shower/tub combo with a spacious eat in kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room including a coffee table/work desk and a laundry space in the garage.
The fenced backyard let's you enjoy the Florida sunshine.
This home has everything you need for a short getaway or to stay awhile for a work contract.
NOTE: The two full baths do share the same shower with a deep step down. The house does not have a dishwasher. The washer/dryer are located in the connected garage off the kitchen.
DO NOT instant book if you are traveling with a pet. Pre-Approval and Pet deposit is required.

the home is at least 60 to 70 years old. it has a poorly stocked kitchen, and the shared shower between the 2 bedrooms is a hazard for those with mobility issues. It has a drop into a pit at least 1 to 2 feet. The shower head is ancient and does not move at all. It is so old the metal is fused together. The sink faucet in the master bedroom is loose and very old. There is not even a hood fan in the kitchen nor is there a kettle for boiling water. The home backs onto a very busy and loud street call fairbanks. the overall location to everything is the only thing that saved this stay from disaster. I would not book this in the future.
