The room was amazing and Mt. Fuji was extremely visible from the room. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond!
We only wish the activities, cafe were closer to the room or if they would shuttle you to the cafe. To many steps to deal with.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The view of Mt Fuji was magnificent. Although the dining room was closed for renovation, the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and delivered to our room. We could enjoy our meals looking at Mt Fuji from our deck or from the room itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Unrivaled views of Mt Fuji. The property is a fantastic mix of glamping style outdoor facilities, mixed with fine dining you'd find at any 5 star hotel.
The room was modern, with everything you'd expect. It was clean and comfortable, with amazing views.
Definitely exceeded all our expectations, given its location and surrounding towns
