Amazing and clean rooms, the best place I stayed in Portugal.

This was an excellent location for exploring Porto, and the suite itself was comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed them.
That said, we were underwhelmed by a few things. The rooftop patio, which we paid extra for, wasn’t very comfortable and had no shade, making it mostly unusable during the hot days. The unit itself was kept clean by the staff, but could use an upgrade: a few things were broken, and the upholstered furniture needed to be cleaned or replaced.
Overall a decent stay and would say the value is the location, ease of access, and supportive staff.

Apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and met all our needs for our stay in Porto. Leoner on the front desk was so friendly and gave us lots of valuable information about Porto, her home city which she is rightly proud of. Very centrally located to walk to most places in the city centre and also close to metro station if you want to go further afield.
