We had a great time at Margarita Manor, with no issues besides the rain. There was plenty of space, perfect location to the beach, and much needed relaxation. Only thing I would recommend is updating towels and bedding, as they look “weathered” with time. But everything else was 5/5. Recommend to anyone interested in Ormond Beach.

Overall we had a lovely experience, there was plenty of room for all of our family, the kids loved the pool and the beach access was our favorite part. We had a few plumbing issues and one was taken care of quickly, the other we had to wait until Monday, so we were not able to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher as it was backed up and leaking on the kitchen floor and the bottom floor below. That was fixed on Monday and we had no further issues. We didn't use the grill until later in the week, but my husband mentioned that it was not cleaned and we ran out of propane, we finished our meal on the stove. The only other issue we had was finding the 5th bedroom. On the description, it said 2nd floor guest room and we looked everywhere upstairs and down and someone finally went out to the garage and found it on the other side. All in all we had a wonderful time on the beach making memories.

My husband and I had our kids and grandkids stay at this property and nobody wanted to leave after a week. It was clean, the location was absolutely amazing and the layout of the home was fantastic. When I had a question they quickly responded and handled the minor issue right away. 10/10

We had an amazing time! We will 100% rent again!
