My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s beautiful home on the bay. Fabulous waterfront views from the outside decks as well as inside the dining and living room. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable for us. Kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were very comfortable. Peter was a great host, hope to return again someday.

Stunning, beautiful, tranquil views!Truely a perfect beach house. My favorite moments were sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings. This house was roomy for 6 of us.A few updates are needed because of how the saltwater air eats away at electronics and such, but we absolutely loved it.

Amazing view of the bay. Close proximity to the beach. Short commute to trendy Patchouge or the train station for a day in NYC.

We booked this property for my husband, adult daughter and I to spend Thanksgiving week together. I just can't say enough great things about this house. The location was amazing, the view was just spectacular, and the house was beautiful...exactly as advertised. We so enjoyed the open, great room effect of the upstairs. It was wonderful to be able to be in the kitchen and still have access to the family room where the TV is. We had a fire every night and that just added to the coziness of it all. The bedrooms were wonderful and very comfortable. The house had all the extras you would need. I would highly recommend this property. Bill was wonderful to work with. We would love to come back and experience this stunning property in the summer.
