A lovely reception by Gail, the owner, who made me feel welcome and very comfortable. She went out of her way to make my stay in Brecon worthwhile and I really enjoyed my time with her. I look forward to visiting again.

very old property which made it interesting but inevitably this comes with limitations. Older buildings have smaller rooms for example.
Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay, convenient for the Hay festival. Enough shops to enable a pleasant time strolling through the town.

One of the best greetings ever from Gail she looked after myself and others in my group exceptionally.

Fantastic stay! 5*!
Owners are so friendly and helpful - we can’t praise highly enough!!!
Gail is lovely and a great cook for breakfasts and gave recommendations where to eat locally.
Parking is a bit limited but we had no issues - be aware the entrance to the car park is a little bit tight, especially for larger vehicles.
We had a wonderful weekend - thank you Gail !!
